We request @Wangchuk66 sir to end his hunger strike. The country needs him, and his life is far too precious to be put at further risk. The peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar will continue until our demands are met.

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut (@rautsanjay61) & Arvind Sawant (@AGSawant) visited Jantar Mantar today to support students protesting exam scams & police brutality. He warned: “The fire lit at Jantar Mantar will not be extinguished. We’ll join hunger strike if needed.”

At Jantar Mantar, Sonam Wangchuk's sir wife Gitanjali Angmo says, "Sonam will end his hunger strike tomorrow if political leaders meet him at hospital and assure him that they will raise the issue of education accountability during Parliament session."
